The story

Every detail, considered.

Black and ivory, held at full contrast, with bold marble used where the eye naturally rests. The arches are drawn as sculpture, with none of the period detail, which keeps a high-contrast palette from tipping into formality.

The plan is built around indoor and outdoor living reading as one space, with a pool house and alfresco that carry the interior language straight through. Cinematic lighting through the main rooms does the rest.
