The story

Every detail, considered.

A penthouse programme built for entertaining: bar lounge, games room and theatre, all sharing one language. Dark joinery sets the tone and the tufted seating gives it the softness a room full of hard surfaces would otherwise lack.

Mirror in the bar detailing opens a plan that cannot be widened, and the crystal lighting is oversized on purpose. Warm timber flooring runs underneath everything and is the reason the scheme reads as a home rather than a private club.
